Consent to personal data processing

I, the personal data subject (a user of the website https://homeliga.ae on the Internet), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006, hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Company "MEGAPOLIS-SERVICE ESTATELIGA" (OGRN 5147746344752, INN 7722862823, hereinafter the Operator) to process my personal data on the following terms:

The Operator processes my personal data for the following purposes: processing requests submitted on the website; providing consultations on selecting real estate properties; establishing feedback, including calls and messages (SMS, messengers, email); selecting real estate properties and supporting transactions; interacting with me in connection with the provision of services; analyzing user activity and improving the website.

2. The Operator may process the following personal data: name, phone number, email address (if provided), the text of my message/request, and technical data, including IP address, cookies, and information about my actions on the website.

3. The Operator may perform the following actions (operations) with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

4. I consent to the transfer of my personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing, including persons who ensure the operation of the website, CRM systems, telephony, messengers, analytics services, and other information systems used by the Operator. The list of such persons, as well as information allowing their identification, is published in the Personal Data Processing Policy and/or in a separate list of personal data processors published on the Operator's website.

5. This consent is valid from the moment it is given:

• with respect to processing requests, selecting real estate properties, and supporting transactions - until the obligations for the provision of services are fulfilled or until the consent is withdrawn;
• with respect to analyzing user activity and improving the website - for 12 months from the user's last activity on the website or until the consent is withdrawn.

6. I have been notified that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending the relevant notice to the Operator's email address: info@estateliga.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

7. I confirm that the personal data provided by me is accurate, that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website, and that I understand my rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
